Welcome to Ailesbury Nursing Home
Ailesbury Nursing Home is 100% Irish owned by the
Fagan family who have over 20 years of nursing
experience in Care of the Elderly. Our business has been
providing a comprehensive range of care services
through both of our Private Nursing Homes in south
county Dublin since 1989. We cater for all levels of
dependencies ranging from minimum assistance to high
dependency Alzheimer's care. Our staff comprises of
Registered General Nurses and Fetac trained Health
Care Assistants. We offer physiotherapy, chiropody and
occupational therapy to name a few. We design
individualised care plans in consultation with each client
and their family throughout the course of our service.
The home is situated beside St. John's Church on Park
Avenue, in the quiet and beautiful surroundings of
Sandymount village, only a short walk from the seafront.
It is serviced by nearby restaurants/ public houses/
libraries/ community halls. We have the benefit of a
multi accessible wheelchair vehicle available for private
hire or to transport clients from the community to our
nursing home, and likewise, to transport our residents
around the community to home and local events. We also
use the bus to facilitate numerous organised day trips for
residents around the Dublin area. We will endeavour to
facilitate any external activities outside of our current
arrangements, where possible.

caring for the older person, with an emphasis on
achieving the best possible level of Standards of
Nursing Care and Nursing Quality.

the Government and other key stakeholders can
influence important health decisions and policies which
affect residential care services.
