Accommodation
Ailesbury Nursing Home is an attractive,
characteristic detached home-like
house, designed to give the best in care and
facilities to its residents. Accommodation
offered consists of 6 single en-suite bedrooms,
10 single bedrooms, 6 two-bedded sharing, 2
three-bedded sharing and 3 four-bedded sharing
bedrooms
We have many additional toilets and
bathrooms, of which 4 are wheelchair
accessible. Our kitchen is host to a full range of
daily home cooking, complimented by
beautiful period style dining room, multiple
sitting rooms, television lounges, an office & a
Nurse's stations, a main reception area, waiting
area and a wonderfully landscaped garden area
with water features.
There is a fully operational lift servicing all
floors and recreational areas. Each room has its
own private satellite television and internet
facilities and in turn each bed has its own
telephone, call bell system and private area in the
bedroom. The garden at the front of the house is
designed for our residents relaxation and
enjoyment and offers grounds for a stroll with
family and friends. Ailesbury is non-
denominational and all churches are within easy
reach. Mass is conducted weekly in the nursing
home and trips to local churches are arranged
throughout the week with our private wheelchair
accessible bus.
We operate an open visiting policy within the
Home and friends and family are always welcome.
However to protect our residents we ask that all
visitors announce their arrival and partake in
precautionary infection control measures as
appropriate. Ailesbury Nursing Home reserves the
right to impose restrictions on visiting
arrangements where the visit or time of visit is
deemed to pose a risk to our residents or where the
resident requests restrictions.
