Catering
We pride ourselves on ensuring our meals are prepared with the highest quality vegetables and meat, all of which
are 100% Irish sourced and are delivered daily to the nursing home. 
Our team of chefs and cooks are on hand from early morning to late at night, ensuring that all individual tastes and
requirements are catered for.  Our staff are trained in preparing specialist menus including diabetic, celiac, high/low
calorie/ low sodium diets.
Our cakes and desserts are baked freshly each day. We are cognisant at all times of the importance of good nutrition
for our residents as well as tasty home cooked food. To this end our menus are reviewed weekly and we welcome at
any time comments and suggestions on our menus.
